In Ulaanbaatar:
January 15: Regular session
of the Mongolian People’s Party and Democratic Party in the State Great Khural
will be held in the State Palace.
January 15: The State Great
Khural’s Standing Committee on Justice and the working group responsible for
preparing the draft for the revision of the Family Law at the standing
committee and general meetings and preparing opinions will hold a discussion on
the draft of the revision of the Family Law.
January 15: “Amar baina
uu-2024” trade fair will open at the "New 100 Ail" service center.
January 15-17: The
international ice craft competition will be held at "Sky Resort".
January 16: The hearing of
the candidate for the member of the Civil Service Council will be held in the
State Palace.
January 16, 17: Standing
Committee sessions of the State Great Khural will be held at the State
Palace.
January 17: The regular
meeting of the Cabinet will be held at the State Palace.
January 17: The National Statistics Committee will present Mongolia's social and economic forecast for 2023.
January 17, 18: A Plenary
Session of the State Great Khural of Mongolia will be held at the State
Palace.
January 17-19: The
International Labor Organization (ILO) will organize a joint training and
discussion meeting with the National Human Rights Commission and Confederation of Mongolian Trade Unions for union experts and journalists at the Blue Sky Hotel.
January 18-25: "Imported goods-2024" exhibition dedicated
to the Lunar New Year will be held at Misheel Expo Center.
January 20: A series of performances of folk song "Silk Pattern" by the Morin Khuur Ensemble, the Cultural Ambassador, who received the Order of Chinggis Khaan, will be held in the concert hall of the Mongolian Philharmonic.
January 20: Tchaikovsky’s
"Eugene Onegin" opera will be presented on the stage of State Opera
and Ballet Academic Theatre.
The semi-final match of the
National Higher League of Volleyball will continue at "AIC STEPPE
ARENA".
Events abroad:
January 15-19: The Prime
Minister of Mongolia L. Oyun-Erdene will participate in the 54th conference
organized in Davos, Switzerland under the theme "Rebuilding trust".
