Mongolian graduates of Russian higher education institutions celebrate anniversary dates
Exactly a century ago, in 1922, 15 Mongolian boys and girls left for Moscow for the first time to enter Russian universities to study at the invitation of the Russian Government and became the pioneers of a pathway of obtaining education in Russia for thousands of Mongols. Over the past 100 years, more than 70 thousand citizens of Mongolia had received higher, secondary specialized, vocational education in different cities of the former Soviet Union or the current Russian Federation and took an active part in the formative construction and development of their homeland.
