Number of mammals in UB green space increases
Environmental Department of Ulaanbaatar city has conducted a monitoring on populations of mammals living in a total green space in the capital city. According to the monitoring, the number of cervus elaphus has increased by 19.5 percent, musk deer by 40 per cent and roe deer by 15 per cent.

Ulaanbaatar Travel Expo opened at the National Garden Park on June 2. The expo  co-organized by the Ministry of Environment and Tourism, Ulaanbaatar city Tourism Department and Ulaanbaatar Tourism Association is aimed at developing domestic tourism, spreading information on opportunities to travel to the natural attractions of Mongolia and abroad at a reasonable cost and enhancing the knowledge of the local travelers on eco-friendly tourism.

Recreation area built on 6,6 hectares of land
A Recreation area, covering 6,6 hectares of  land along Zuunmod river in Zuunmod soum, Tuv aimag was established by the "Ar bulag" LLC with funding of MNT238 million and officially opened last Friday, on July 01.

Spring sowing running at 60 percent nationwide
As of May 31, grains have been sown on 293.9 thousand ha nationwide, potato -- 9.0 thousand ha, vegetables – 3.5 thousand ha, oil plants – 26.2 thousand ha, or 342.9 ha in total. By doing so, overall nationwide sowing is running at about 60 percent on average.
