Mongolian Ambassador to Vietnam presents credentials

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On March 8, D.Bilegdorj, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam presented his diplomatic credentials to Tran Dai Quang, President of Vietnam.

Following the ceremony of presenting credentials, the Vietnamese President received Ambassador D.Bilegdorj. After conveying a greeting from Ts.Elbegdorj, President of Mongolia to President Tran Dai Quang, Ambassador D.Bilegdorj expressed his satisfaction in the strengthening of traditional and friendly relations between Mongolia and Vietnam. Then, the dignitaries exchanged views on opportunities to develop bilateral ties of trade and economy and actions to implement in the future.

Also, he thanked the Government of Vietnam for giving support to Mongolia to be elected in the UN Human Rights Council and requested the President of Vietnam to promote Mongolia to join Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) and become a dialogue partner of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations ASEAN.

Tran Dai Quang, President of Vietnam noted the significance of intensifying the bilateral relations and collaboration between Mongolia and Vietnam and expressed his confidence that the bilateral ties will be strengthened during the tenure of Ambassador D.BIlegdorj in Vietnam and wished him a success.
