Cooks learn Turkish cuisine

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Cooks of the Mongolian Cook Society learnt methodology of Turkish cuisine. On January 26 at the invitation of the Society, chef of the Turkish Embassy Burhanettin Dogan conducted one-day cooking class. 

He taught how to cook Turkish soup, main course, desserts and cookies. Meat, floor, milk and yogurts are main ingredients in recipe of Turkish cuisine, which means, similar to Mongolian dishes.

The Mongolian Cook Society was established in 2014 and it regularly involves their cooks in trainings to develop cooking in Mongolia to the level of art.
