Partnership for Green Economy week starts

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Partnership for Green Economy week co-organized by the Government of Mongolia and the Partnership for Action on Green Economy (PAGE), a global initiative by UN Environment is being held on March 12-17.
Total of 9 workshops and consultative meetings will be conducted by 6 ministries and agencies of Mongolia, National University of Mongolia, Mongolian State University of Life Sciences, Mongolian University of Science and Technology and Consortium of Mongolian Universities and Colleges.
The representatives of international organizations including the UN Institute for Training and Education, International Labour Organization, the UN Development Programme, the UN Industrial Development Organization and the UN Environment Programme are taking part in the Partnership for Green Economy week.
On March 12 the ‘Promoting sustainable production and consumption’ discussion under the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals was co-hosted with the EU-SWITCH Asia Programme.
