Snowfall expected in some parts of central and eastern aimags

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. Snowfall is expected in the eastern part of central aimags, and some parts of eastern aimags in the next few days.
Precipitation is expected in the northern region on March 19, in the southern part of western aimags, and in the western part of Gobi aimags on March 20 and 21.
Wind speed will reach 13-15 m/sec in some parts of the country on March 19, and in the eastern region on March 20.
In the depression of Lake Uvs, in the head of Zavkhan river, and in the basins of Tes river, the temperature will range from -15 to -20 degrees Celsius during the night, and -2 to -7 during the day.
In mountainous areas of Khangai, Khuvsgul, and Khentei, near Khurenbelchir, in the basins of Ider, Eg-Uur, Tuul, Terelj, Kherlen, Onon, Ulz, and Khalkh rivers, the temperature will be -11 to -16 during the night, and -3 to +2 during the day.
In the southern Gobi region, the temperature will be -1 to +4 during the night, and +13 to +18 during the day.
In other areas, the night-time temperature will be -5 to -10 degrees Celsius, and daytime temperature will be +6 to +11 degrees Celsius.
