Cooler temperatures expected throughout the country

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. Precipitation is expected in northern parts of western and central aimags today on May 27, in most parts of western and central aimags tomorrow on May 28, in the central region on May 29, and in the eastern region on May 30.
Wind speed will be 16-18 m/sec in most parts of the country on May 28, and in the Gobi and plains on May 29 and 30.
With temperature drops in the western region on May 28, in the mountainous areas of Altai, Khangai, and Khuvsgul, in the head of Zavkhan river, near Khurenbelchir, in the basins of Eg-Uur, Tuul, Terelj, Kherlen, Onon, and Ulz rivers, the temperature will range from -3 to -8 degrees Celsius during the night, and +6 to +11 during the day.
In the depression of the Great Lakes, in the desert area near the Altai Mountains, and the southern Gobi region, the temperature will be +7 to +12 during the night, and +21 to +26 during the day.
In other areas, the night-time temperature will be -2 to +3 degrees Celsius, and daytime temperature will be +9 to +14 degrees Celsius.
