WeatherUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Snowfall and blizzard are expected in most regions on January 15 and 16, in eastern half of the territory on January 17, and in eastern region on January 18. Winds will get stronger in some regions in the beginning of these days, reaching 12-14 m/sec.
Temperatures will drop in northern region on January 15, and in most regions on the following days. The nighttime temperature in Darkhad valley and in the banks of Ider, Tes and Otgon rivers will be -49-44, and the daytime, -36-31 Celsius.
In the depression of Uvs Lake, the mountainous area of Khentii, the banks of Orkhon-Selenge, Kharaa, Eroo, Tuul, Terelj, Kherlen and Khalkh rivers, and Dariganga steppe, the nighttime temperature will be -42-37, and the daytime, -31-27.
In western part of the Gobi, the nighttime temperature will be -27-22, and the daytime, -18-13.
In other regions, the nighttime temperature will be -34-29, and the daytime, -25-20 Celsius. -
