Solo exhibition of painter N.Sanchir on display

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A solo exhibition of N.Sanchir, painter and member of the Union of Mongolian Artists opened at the Art Gallery of Union of Mongolian Artists on April 13. The exhibition is being organized on the occasion of the 70th birth anniversary of N.Sanchir. 
N.Sanchir is a son of State Prize Laureate and People’s Painter-titled L.Namkhaitseren, who was the first director of the Mongolian State Opera and Dance Theatre.
Over 100 extraordinary artworks, including lifelike portraits are being displayed at the exhibition. For instance, N.Sanchir's paintings named “Soyombo” /National emblem/, “Hero”, “D.Namdag” and “Face” that were not framed by any specific painting style, such as Mongolian traditional painting style, are on public view. His works created with much confidence using his own unique expression unveil an aesthetic nature and mutual understandings of human souls as well as different types of human behaviours.



This is the fourth time he is staging his solo exhibition in Ulaanbaatar as he had organized his own exhibitions in many countries, including USA, South Korea, Czech and Germany.   
The exhibition will run through April 20.
