According to the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry, a total of 513.2 thousand hectares area will be cultivated on the national level in 2018, of which 390.4 thousand hectares of wheat, 15.5 thousand hectares of potato, 8.4 thousand hectares of vegetables, 32.0 thousand hectares of fodder plants, 41.9 thousand hectares of oil plants and 6.5 thousand hectares of fruits.
