“11 11” center turns three years
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The “11 11” center created at the government turned three year this day.
Since its establishment, the center has received some 100 thous. requests and complaints from citizens through ten channels such as phone calls, the 1111@gov.mn email, Facebook and Twitter. Some 80% of the messages have been sent through phone calls, more than 80 percent of the complaints have been given responses by officials and specialists of all Ministries and agencies. From July of this year, a system of the “11 11” center has been installed in state administrative bodies in localities in order to convey messages to their authorities.
In frames of the “Smart government” project, being implemented with the World Bank’s assistance, works are expected to make data of all state organizations and their servants, to run online discussions about promoting civil participation, to create a general data of the country and a smart re-reporting system.
