EventsFollowing events are expected on Thursday:
-The nation will celebrate the 55th anniversary of Mongolia’s entry to the United Nations.
-The ribbon will be cut for the new housing apartments for 72 families of Emergency Management workers. Keys will be granted to the owners of these apartments. The Deputy Prime Minister, Mr U.Khurelsukh will give an opening speech.
-On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the inception of the Information and Research Institute of Meteorology, Hydrology and Environment, a scientific conference will be held at the Institute’s conference hall between 09.00 and 12.00.
-The closure and awarding ceremony will be held of the “Grand Move” (Ikh Nuudel) chess competition, in the name of the Mayor of Ulaanbaatar, will take place at Mongeny Complex School at 11.00.
-Mayor of Ulaanbaatar S.Batbold will hand over new ambulance trucks to the 103 Center at the Sukhbaatar Square.
-The Script of Eternal Skies calligraphic exhibition will open at 14.00 at the Children’s Invention Center.
-A traditional “deel” with 18 metre width and 14 metre length, the size of a six-story building will be presented and exhibited to the public in the Great Hall of the National Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
