Mongolian Cultural Center opens in Krakow

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A Mongolian Cultural Center opened on October 26 in Krakow city at the initiative of the Embassy of Mongolia in the Republic of Poland and the Honorary Consulate of Mongolia in Krakow.
The opening ceremony was attended by diplomats of the Mongolian Embassy, Ts.Urtnasan, Honorary Consul of Mongolia to Krakow, authorities of Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Krakow city, Honorary Consuls of countries to Krakow and Mongolians living and studying in the city.
Honorary Consul Ts.Urtnasan made the opening remarks at the ceremony. Following the speech, Mongolian students performed a concert and traditional costume fashion show to the guests. Moreover, a photographer B.Bayar displayed his exhibition entitled ‘Across Beautiful Mongolia’.
Main function of the Mongolian Cultural Center at the Mongolian Honorary Consulate is to promote Mongolian history and culture to residents of Krakow city and it will focus attention on proving Mongolian students and youths with opportunities to spend their spare times fruitfully.
