Hotels start receiving reservations from ASEM guests
映像The 11th ASEM Summit will convene in Ulaanbaatar on July 15-17. According to officials, 40 hotels in Ulaanbaatar will accommodate over 5000 guests of the upcoming event.
To make their services and conditions meeting international standards, commercial credits totaling MNT 150 billion are allocated. Nowadays, 120 billion tugrics has been granted. The construction of the ASEM villa to accommodate top guests is about finishing. Some 40 states confirmed their reservations for the villa.
Meantime, the hotels commenced reservations. For instance, the Shangri La hotel confirmed reservations from 180 delegates from 24 countries, the Best Western Premier Tuushin – 190 delegates from 16 states, and the Blue Sky – 180 participants from 7 countries.
The summit will be covered by nearly 1000 foreign reporters who will be accommodated in seven different hotels. The major events will take place in the Shangri La hotel. Over 1600 individuals including 600 unemployed had special training to serve the guests.
