Temperatures expected to drop in most parts of the country

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. Snowfall is expected in some parts of western and central aimags, in most parts of Gobi aimags, and southern parts of eastern aimags tomorrow on December 8, resulting in temperature drops in most parts of the country.
Snowfall and blizzards are expected in some parts of western and central aimags, in most parts of Gobi aimags, in southwestern parts of eastern aimags tomorrow on December 8, in some parts of western and central aimags and most parts of eastern aimags on December 9, in some parts of the country on December 10, and near the Khentii Mountains and the Khalkh River basin on December 11.
Wind speed will reach 13-15 m/sec at times in some parts of the country on December 9, and the Gobi and plains on December 10 and 11.
With temperature drops expected to begin from the country’s northern region on November 9, in the depression of Darkhad, in the head of Zavkhan River, near Khurenbelchir, in the basins of Ider and Tes rivers, the temperature will range from -30 to -35 degrees Celsius during the night, and -15 to -20 during the day.
In the mountainous areas of Altai, Khangai, Khuvsgul, and Khentei, and in the basins of Eg, Uur, Tuul, Terelj, Kherlen, Onon, Ulz, and Khalkh rivers, the temperature will range between -23 and -28 degrees Celsius during the night, and -11 to -16 during the day.
In the southern Gobi region, the night-time temperature will be -9 to -14 degrees Celsius, and the daytime temperature will be 0 to -5 degrees Celsius.
In other areas, temperatures are expected to be -18 to -23 during the night, and -6 to -11 during the day.
