Mongolia and Czech Republic ink cooperation in building 300k TPA coke plant

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A trilateral agreement on building a 300-thousand tons per annum capacity plant for processing coke in Mongolia was signed during Minister D.Erdenebat’s visit to the Czech Republic.

The agreement was inked by officials from Mongolia’s “New Eco Energy” LLC and the Czech “Hutni prjekct fruder-mister” and “CKD Energy” companies.

The three-year project will cost EUR 160 million, of which 130-150 million will be provided by CKD Energy.

To sign this agreement, the Minister of Industry of Mongolia D.Erdenebat had legged the coke and cast iron plants of Нutni prjekct fruder-mister and a steel-melting plant of Vitcovice Steel Co.
