Catering industry in statistics
EconomyUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A survey on the catering industry involved 642 enterprisers in the first quarter of 2016.
Total revenue of these enterprisers reached MNT 44.2 billion in the above period, which increased by MNT 883.8 million or 2.0% against the previous year. It was mainly due to an increase of the revenue of restaurants by MNT 3.1 billion or 14.1%.
In the first quarter of 2016, the revenue of catering industry per seat reached MNT 1.0 million which went up by MNT 61.5 thousand or 6.3% against the previous year.
