MP Z.Narantuya takes part in Women Parliamentarians Forum

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A member of parliament Z.Narantuya participated in the Forum of Women Parliamentarians of the Inter-Parliamentary Union held on October 14 in Saint Petersburg, Russia.

At the Forum, women parliamentarians made discussion and shared their views under the theme 'Gender-Sensitive Parliament'.

The Forum of Women Parliamentarians is an entity that has for more than 30 years provided women MPs a global platform to input into international decision-making and the forum meets at every IPU Assembly. Mongolian women parliamentarians actively participated in the forum and former MPs D.Altai and D.Tuya were elected in the Bureau of Women Parliamentarians in 2004.
