Supreme Court approves registration of 28th political party

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Supreme Court has reviewed and approved a request to register a new political party named World Mongolians.

The request was forwarded by former member of the Republican Party G.Temuujin and others.

With the Supreme Court decision taken on March 5, the World Mongolians Party, the 28th political party in Mongolia can now carry out political activities.
 
The Supreme Court ordered the party to operate in compliance with the Constitution of Mongolia, Law on Political Party and other regulations effective in Mongolia.
