Deputy Prime Minister meets Belarusian Minister of Industry

Deputy Prime Minister Mr U.Enkhtuvshin received Belarusian Minister of Industry and head of Belarusian side to the Belarus-Mongolia intergovernmental commission mr V.M.Vovk on March 28.

Mongolia and Belarus have traditional economic and political relations and during the meeting the parties discussed wide possibilities to expand the bilateral cooperation in many spheres including commerce, agriculture, industry and education sectors.

Minister V.M.Vovk said that Belarus is interested in importing pure natural products such as animal skins and wool from Mongolia. “Belarus is fully providing agriculture sector with machinery and equipment manufactured at home and making export worth over USD 5 billion in a year. Therefore, it is possible to introduce Belarusian machinery in Mongolian agricultural sector,” Minister V.M.Vovk noted.

Deputy PM U.Enkhtuvshin exchanged views with Belarusian delegates on possibility of purchasing necessary vehicle and equipment for the National Emergency Management Agency of Mongolia under preferential conditions.
