Temperature to remain stable throughout the week

/MONTSAME/ Snow fall expected in mountainous areas of Khuvsgul in December 15;
in northern parts of western aimags on December 17 and in some areas of central
and gobi aimags on December 18.
Wind
will get stronger in some areas on December 17 and in some areas of gobi and
prairie areas on December 18, reaching 12-14m/s.
In
the depression of Darkhad, in the head of Zavkhan river, Khurenbelchir, in the
basins of Ider and Tes rivers, the nighttime temperature will hit -35 degrees
Celsius and the daytime temperature will be -19 to -24 degrees Celsius.
The
nighttime temperature will be -22 to -27 degrees Celsius in the depression of
Uvs lake, in mountainous areas of Khangai, Khuvsgul and Khentei, in the basins
of Yuruu, Tuul, Terelj, Kherlen, Onon, Ulz and Khalkh rivers. The daily
temperatures in those areas will range from -10 to -15 degrees Celsius.
Slight
snow is expected in southern parts of gobi aimags. The nighttime temperature
will be -10 to -15 in the area whereas the daytime temperature will be mild 0
to -5 degrees Celsius.
In
other areas, the temperature will be -6 to -11 during the day time and -17 to
-22 degrees Celsius during the nighttime.
