Memory athletes ranks 3rd as a team

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. The 27th World Memory Championship took place in Hong Kong, China on December 20-22. Over 260 athletes from 21 countries participated in the championship.

From Mongolia, a total of 22 athletes competed in the World Memory Championships. They won 4 gold, 3 silver and 11 bronze medals, and ranked 3rd place as a team with 19,401 points after the teams of China and North Korea.

International Great Master, 2017 Junior Champion E.Lkhagvadulam not only won 2nd place for the 2018 Junior Championship, but also broke the world record for number of digits memorized in 30 minutes for binary with 5597 digits, renewing the previous record of 5445 digits by Great Master N.Enkhshur.
