Mongolian Permanent Representative addresses UNICEF Executive Board meeting

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Mongolia is serving as a member of the
Executive Board of the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) from 2019 to
2021. Permanent Representative of Mongolia to the United Nations V.Enkhbold delivered
an address to the board’s online 2020 second regular session taking place on
September 8-11.
In his address, the Permanent Representative outlined the policies
and actions of the Government of Mongolia for protection of the rights of children
as well as the achievements and challenges faced. He also voiced his support
for the organizations's efforts and fundraising aimed at mitigating the adverse effects of
COVID-19. UNICEF, an important UN organization that provides expert advice and support in the implementation of the
