Diplomatic relations established between Mongolia and Trinidad and Tobago

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Mongolia and the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago established diplomatic relations in New York on February 24, 2021.

 

The two countries agreed to seek the development of a friendly relationship and cooperation in areas of common interest and abide by the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, United Nations Charter, and the international law. Permanent Representative of Mongolia to the United Nations V.Enkhbold and Chargé d'affaires of the Permanent Mission of Trinidad And Tobago to the United Nations Ordell Barman signed the joint statement on the establishment of diplomatic relations. 

 

The establishment of diplomatic relations brings better opportunities for the countries to support each other through bilateral initiatives and international organizations.
