Russian scholar awarded Polar Star Order
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Pursuant to a decree of the President of Mongolia, the first deputy director of the Russian Irkutsk University of Road Mr A.I.Artyun has been awarded with the Polar Star Order.
The state prize went to him for his contributions to the Mongolia-Russia friendly relations and cooperation in the education sector, and the Order was granted on Monday by Mr P.Tsagaan, head of the Presidential Office in the State House.
