Vice Chairwoman of NPC Standing Committee of China arrives
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Ms Yan Junqi, Vice Chairwoman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress /NPC/ of China arrived in Ulaanbaatar November 23 to participate in a joint meeting of a regular exchange mechanism between the PR of China and Mongolia, upon the invitation of M.Enkhbold, one of the Vice Chairmen of the State Great Khural (parliament).
Ms Yan Junqi has been accompanied by some twenty officials among whom are Mr Cao Weizhou, a member of the Standing Committee of the NPC, Vice Chairman of Foreign Affairs Committee and Chairman of China-Mongolia Friendship Group at the NPC, and Mr Yun Fen, a member of the Standing Committee of the NPC, Vice Chairman of National Committee and Vice Chairman of China-Mongolia Friendship Group at the NPC.
The delegates were welcomed at the “Chinggis Khaan” international airport by S.Odontuya MP, the vice chairwoman of Democratic Party faction and a member of Mongolia-China parliamentary group; D.Terbishdagve MP, a member of Mongolia-China parliamentary group; and Xing Haiming, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to Mongolia along with other officials.
Ms Yan Junqi will pay a courtesy call on the Speaker of Mongolian parliament Z.Enkhbold this afternoon. After this, M.Enkhbold and vice-chairwoman of NPC Standing Committee of China will hold an individual meeting.
