Methodological training runs on redistribution of functions
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Decentralization Policy Support Project (DPSP) gave training themed “Approaches, theories and methodologies of function redistribution” to members of the working group for the environment, formed in accordance with at the Local Administration Hall of the State Palace.
The training addressed the approaches developed by Stefan Pfeffli, a professor at the University of Lucerne of Switzerland, on studying the case of waste management.
The working group is in charge of developing the draft of methodologies for functions redistribution on the level of localities’ administrations, of testing them in the environmental sphere and revising the document.
