President Ts.Elbegdorj arrives in South Korea
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ President of Mongolia Ts.Elbegdorj arrived Wednesday in Seoul on an official visit at the invitation of his South Korean counterpart Park Geun-hye.
With the guard of honor, the President was welcomed by Hong Yong-pyo, the South Korean Minister of Unification, and other officials. Beginning the visit, Elbegdorj laid wreaths at the State Ceremonial Complex for Figures of Freedom, Independence and Justice, and then signed the Note of Honored Guests.
In accordance with the visit program, the President will receive Park Won-soon, the Mayor of Seoul city and attend a ceremony of granting certificates of honorary citizens of Seoul. He will meet with his fellow country people residing in South Korea.
The Presidents of both countries will hold official talks. Afterwards, Speaker of the South Korean National Assembly Chung Ui-hwa will pay a courtesy call on the Mongolian President.
