"Deeltei Mongol" national costume festival to take place on July 10
Art & CultureUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ In the margin of Friendly Ulaanbaatar Program, “Deeltei Mongol” (Mongolians in Deel) festival is being organized for the tenth year on July 10, 2016, at the central square of Ulaanbaatar.
This year’s specialties are a fashion show of designer collections of traditional costumes for daily casual wearing, and a concert.
The annual parade of best-dressed up families in traditional clothes will walk the square, competing for three nomination prizes – “Best District by Participation”, “Best dressed couple” and “Best dressed foreigner in Mongolian costume”.
