Collection of scientist R.Otgonbaatar to introduce 1000 years of Mongolian history

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ An exhibition ‘Treasure of Mongolian Script and Books’ showcasing collections of Mongolian books and treatises and rich literary cultural heritage collected by scientist R.Otgonbaatar opened at Statehood History Museum on May 2.
At the exhibition Mongolian manuscript of ancient translation of Subhashita - A treasury of Aphoristic Jewels ’, alphabets of Mongolian, Square and Clear scripts, silver book pages, board covered with ashes for blackborad use, iron divider, writing set, brass stamps, book stamp and book box were displayed.
"I am confident that Mongolian literary antiquities and books and treatises collected from my young age until today will Introduce 1000 years of Mongolian history. Therefore, our young generation will recognize that we are descendants of intelligent people who created unique books and treatises," scientist R.Otgonbaatar said.
Previously, he has promoted Mongolian cultural heritage in many countries such as Russia, China, France and Romania through his exhibitions.
