Opera singer D.Erdene-Ochir takes third place at int’l competition in Italy

Ulaanbaatar /MONSTAME/ Lead singer of the National Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet of Mongolia, tenor D.Erdene-Ochir won third place in the 33rd International Competition for Pianists and Opera Singers Francesco Paolo Neglia held in Italy from July 17 to 20.
Erdene-Ochir, one of the best Mongolian opera singers who plays the difficult roles of Jose in Carmen, Cavaradossi in Tosca, and Manriko in Trubadur, sang a dramatic tenor role at the international competition.
