Unemployment rate declines
EconomyUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The National Center of Employment Service, Research and Information reports that a number of the unemployed declined by 7.2% this October against the same period of previous year, becoming thus 31 thous.526.
By the first 10 months of 2015, 98.6 thousand people were registered as unemployed in the data of labor market, 34.9 thousand of them were newly recorded. The number of active people minimized by 104 thousand, where 20.9 thousand have been employed and the rest remained as unemployed with no registration.
Some 64 percent of the total unemployed are people of 15-34 years.
