BoM holds FX auction

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On the Foreign Exchange Auction held on Thursday, the Bank of Mongolia (BoM) received bid offers of USD 3.5 million in a rate between MNT 1994.51-1996.35, and bid offers of CNY 6.8 million in a rate between MNT 305.42-305.72 from local commercial banks respectively. The BoM did not accept any offers.

The Bank received MNT Swap agreement bid offers equivalent to USD 14.19 million, USD Swap agreement ask offers equivalent to USD 2.5 million and accepted the offers.
