Bill submitted to parliament on military services
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ An advisor to the President on human rights and legal policy Ch.Onorbayar last Friday submitted to parliament a draft law on military services which reflects determinations of the relevant legal terms.
The reflected are also regulations of servicemen duties, the services of term active duty and contracted duty, legal basis for enrolling people with specialized professions into the military service as well as the “Student-troop” national programme.
The same day, the advisor passed to the Speaker a bill on a legal status of servicemen. With 12 articles in six chapters, the bill reflects regulations of a legal status of military servicemen, their duties, guarantees and conditions.
