Forum of democratic women launches
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The fourth national forum of the Union of Democratic Women (UDW) kicked off Monday in the State House.
Opening remarks at the forum were made by Z.Enkhbold, the Speaker of parliament and chairman of the Democratic Party; Ts.Oyungerel MP, the UDW’s president; and L.Erkhembayar, the acting secretary-general of the Democratic Party.
Within the forum, a new president of the UDW will be elected to replace the current president Ts.Oyungerel MP.
L.Narmandakh, Z.Narantuya, S.Odontuya, G.Khajidmaa, G.Baigalmaa, L.Erdenechimeg, B.Urgamaltsetseg, I.Narantuya, Ts.Odontungalag, D.Oyuntsetseg and D.Tserenchimeg have been nominated for the union’s president post.
