Rule and contract format altered on fund for soums’ development
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The cabinet meeting on Monday re-approved a rule and contract format of raising money of the fund for soums’ development, its exploitation, reporting and monitoring.
The amendment of the rule and contract format aims to upgrade the rule on developing soums, make the financial source more adequate to small- and middle-sized productions, to promote a role of producers in the raising of the fund and to refine upon the monitoring system.
