BoM holds FX auction
Daily FinanceUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On the Foreign Exchange Auction held Thursday, the Bank of Mongolia (BOM) received bid offers of USD 0.9 million in a rate between MNT 2049.00-2049.10, ask offers of USD 6.0 milliion in a rate between MNT 2050.80-2051.50 and bid offers of CNY 30.3 million in a rate between MNT 315.20-315.81 respectively. The BOM did not accept any bid offers.
The BOM received MNT Swap agreement bid offers equivalent to USD 5.5 million and USD swap agreement ask offers of USD 20.0 million from local commercial banks and accepted the MNT swap agreement bid offers of USD 5.5 million.
