Mongolian film receives Best Direction Award in Mumbai
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A film named “Eleg Negten” (The Third Eye of God) has won the Best Direction Award as a foreign film at the Navi Mumbai International Film Festival (NMIFF). The Third Eye of God was directed by Sh.Dorjsuren, director of Doz Plus Entertainment.
The leading actress of the film A.Mungunzul said in her Facebook post “Our film has become one of the seven awardees out of a total 500 films nominated in the festival. I want to thank you all who collaborated and supported. The Best Direction award is just another proof that this film can represent Mongolia on the global stage in terms of both quality and professionalism”.
The NMIFF challenged 503 films from 45 countries as candidates in seven nominations.
