Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ An exhibition of Mongolian artists titled ‘A Temporality’ featuring different types of artworks and performances is stunning the audiences at the Venice Biennale.

Mongolian throat singers N.Ashid, D.Davaasuren, A.Undarmaa and Kh.Damdin are performing under the direction of renowned German musician Carsten Nicolai in the abstract space created by artist E.Jantsankhorol inside of an old brick building of Venice. The performance is a reflection of the inner voice of a person through combination of throat singing and electronic music. Art lovers were deeply touched by the unusual, unique composition and diversity of the performance. Influenced by the deep, calm but strong at the same time melody, some visitors were spotted meditating and even crying.

Mongolian pavilion is located on the streets of Calle del Forno, Venice. The pavilion curator B.Gantuya noted that there’s a long line of visitors interested in the exhibition. Combination of contemporary and traditional art has made our project unique, she emphasized.
