'The MongolZ' Rises to the Top of the World Rankings

Ulaanbaatar, September 16, 2025, /MONTSAME/. Two major platforms set professional team rankings in the e-sport discipline “CS2”: “Valve” and “HLTV.”
Last week, HLTV placed The MongolZ second in its global standings. The team is currently competing at the FISSURE Playground 2 tournament in Belgrade, Serbia, where they defeated Chinese side Tyloo 2–1 in the third round on September 15, 2025.
After this tournament, they climbed to the top of the VRS global rankings issued by Valve, marking the first time they have ever led the world rankings.“ The MongolZ” is now at the top with 1960 points, followed by “Vitality” with 1955 points. “Spirit” has 1943 points, “MOUZ” has 1870, and “Falcons” has 1822, making up the top five teams in the world.
The champion of the Belgrade tournament will be awarded USD 200,000, while the runner-up will receive USD 100,000.
