Public Service Kiosks to Be Installed in All Soums of Mongolia

Ulaanbaatar, May 30, 2025 /MONTSAME/. The Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation, and Communications of Mongolia has deployed self-service government kiosks in 198 soums of 11 aimags of Mongolia.
The Ministry is gradually rolling out these kiosks in all 330 soums within 21 aimags of Mongolia to ensure public services are more accessible, convenient, and efficient for rural citizens.
Through the self-service machines, citizens can access 103 public services across 35 categories, approximately 600 services provided by over 60 private entities, as well as various services related to digital signatures, automobiles, finance, healthcare, and mobile communications.
