AI-Powered Chatbot Introduced for Information and Advisory Services

Ulaanbaatar, September 29, 2025 /MONTSAME/. The Immigration Agency of Mongolia (IAM) is accelerating its digital transformation by gradually introducing innovation and new technologies suited to the sector’s specific needs.
In particular, an AI-powered chatbot has been integrated into the Unified Electronic Service System (isf.mn), the agency’s official website (immigration.gov.mn), and social media platforms. The chatbot processes all types of information related to the organization’s services, including visas, permits, inspections and resolutions of violations, and citizenship, with the help of artificial intelligence, and provides users with advice and information in Mongolian, English, Chinese, Korean, and Russian 24 hours a day.
Previously, individuals were required to visit
in person or contact the agency by phone to receive advice. Now, regardless of
time and location, users can conveniently access the AI chatbot via computer or
mobile phone to obtain information and advisory services.
