据外交部新闻办消息，建 立“成吉思汗”博物馆和收集 该博物馆展品的政府决议框架 内，恩·图勒嘎大使于11月4 日到访剑桥大学，并与科珀 斯·克里斯蒂学院（Corpus Christi College，又亦圣 体学院）院长克里斯托弗· 凯利、帕克图书馆经理菲利 普·霍斯金、蒙古国和内亚 研究中心主任戴维·斯尼特 教授会面。

     《蒙古文字国家大纲III》的主旨是根据关于蒙古语言文字相关法律，蒙古国将从2025年起在国家公务中同时使用西里尔和回鹘式蒙古文（即传 统蒙古文），为接下来全面使用回鹘式蒙古文做准备。该大纲由4大目标和 56条具体措施构成，2020年至2024年期间执行。

蒙古国总统将大力支持参加奥林匹克竞赛的选手
       据蒙通社报道，10月17日，蒙古国总统哈·巴特图勒嘎接见了以数学、物理、化学、生物学、地理和信息学等学科参加区域及国际奥林匹克竞赛并获得佳绩的老师和学生们。哈·巴特图勒嘎说，参加国际奥林匹克竞赛的蒙古国学生逐年增多，而且不断取得优异的成绩。今后，将大力支持参加奥林匹克竞赛的选手。同时他还表示，会全力支持2021年在蒙古国举办的第22届亚洲物理奥林匹克竞赛。此外，老师们在会面期间强调了恢复“奖励被世界优秀学校录取的学生”相关政府政策的重要性。

《20世纪时期蒙古历史》系列丛书讲述蒙中两国关系
       据蒙通社报道，蒙古国国立大学历史系教师、历史学博士恩·阿勒坦特古斯10月4日发行了其撰写的《蒙中两国社会主义友谊美好时期和紧张时期历史》一书。据介绍，上述书是由蒙古国国立大学和“Press”出版社联合出版的《20世纪时期蒙古历史》系列学术丛书首部作品，讲述了1949-1964年间蒙古人民共和国与中国的贸易、运输、劳动力、借款、援助等方面信息。

       9月30日，由蒙古国外交部、科学院国际关系研究所共同主办的“蒙中关系新时代：机 遇·挑战”学术研讨会在外交部召开。蒙古国外交部国务秘书达瓦苏荣、蒙古国科学院院长德·雷格德勒、中国驻蒙古国大使馆公使衔参赞杨庆东等领导出席开幕式并致辞。来自 中国现代国际关系研究院、中国社会科学院、北京大学蒙古 学研究中心、内蒙古大学、内蒙古社会科学院俄罗斯与蒙古国研究所，蒙古国科学院国际关系研究所、战略研究所、蒙古国国立大学等机构60余专家 学者参会。

蒙古国科技大学即将庆祝60周年校庆
      为国家发展培养栋梁，包括培养高级工程师和技术人员的蒙古国科技大学将于10月举办60周年校庆。根据蒙古人民共和国1959年部长级会议，在蒙古国国立大学组织启动了为国家培养高级工程师和技术人才、建筑工程师、工业工程师、经济师的培训，并且现已发展为蒙古国科技大学。据介绍，该大学目前拥有11个院系和商业与工程学院、科技大学合作技术学院、科技大学附属普通高等教育学校以及4 所学术研究院、46个教学研究中心、18位教授组成的团队、2万多名学生、2000多名教师和员工，是培养蒙古国工程师、高等技术人才的领先大学，并且在蒙古国高等教育领域的变革与创新上处于领先地位。例如，实行教学学分制、 使用大学综合管理信息系 统、教学中引入国际CDIO标准、教学大纲获国际认可等。
