Silver Akbuzat festival launching with Mongolian film
Art & CultureUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The third Silver Akbuzat Film Festival, opening today in Ufa of Russia, is premiering the Mongolian film The Mother. The film will have the opening credits.
The Mother, produced by the Chonongoo Film Production, tells about the unique ways of life and thinking of Mongolian people. The main role was played by the People’s Artist of Mongolia (state title) D.Mendbayar.
The festival embraces the film industries of ethnic minorities living throughout the world, and is challenging films in nine nominations. A total of 42 motion pictures are being screened.
