Young doctor awarded for her new cancer treatment introduction

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On June 29, B.Enkhjargal, who is introducing a new cancer treatment, was awarded the Best Young Doctor of the Year by a decree of the President of Mongolia.
Enkhjargal Bayarsaikhan, Doctor of Medicine, Head of the Laboratory Department of the National Cancer Center is awarded with the prize named after the President for her introduction of treatment that corresponding to patient’s revealed cancer gene type for the first time in Mongolia and targeted cancer therapy and for the valuable contribution of the development of cancer research in molecular genetics, mentioned in the decree.
Every year, the best young doctors are awarded the President's honorary prize. “- The achievements and successes of young doctors, who have been honored by the President, have a great importance to the Mongolian medical science. President’s award to young doctors, who made significant new researches and studies or introduced efficient practices or treatments, is a form of great appreciation for their works. I hope achievement to this award would be aspirations for young medical scientists”, said Head of the Office of the President Ts. Bayarsaikhan, who handed over the award.
