Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ ‘Mongolian Professional Choreographers Association’ NGO and ‘Pearl Dance’ Company are jointly organizing a training to improve choreographers’ skills with support of Culture and Arts Development Foundation of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Sports on June 4-8 in Ulaanbaatar.
The training has purposes to share experiences and technique of modern dance, to give knowledge and information connected to dance art and to broaden cooperation of choreographers.
28 choreographers from local theatres are involved in 5-day training, instructed by German choreographer, Master teacher Suzanne Helmes and Mongolian teachers from professional art institutes.
The training agenda include modern dance technique, staging a dance, balance skills, analysis of dance music composition as well as lighting design while having wide range of knowledge on state policy on culture, laws and regulations related to arts and cultural sector and arts management.
