Minister of Foreign Affairs Received Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to Mongolia

Ulaanbaatar, January 27 /MONTSAME/. The Minister of Foreign Affairs B. Battsetseg received
Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to Mongolia Jorge Rodriguez.
At the beginning of the meeting,
Minister B. Battsetseg congratulated Cuba on their presidency of G-77 of the
developing countries in 2023 and wished good luck for their commitment to protecting the interests of developing countries in UN dialogues. Moreover, she expressed confidence
that under the leadership of Cuba, the G-77 member countries would actively work
for their interests and participate in multilateral cooperation, aimed at
overcoming and solving challenges, such as post-pandemic recovery, poverty, economic
crises, food and energy crises, and geopolitical tensions.
While expressing his gratitude for the participation of Mongolian delegations, led by Deputy Minister of Education and
Science G. Ganbayar, in the upcoming “Pedagogy 2023” international event to be held
between January 30 and February 03 in Havana, Ambassador Jorge Rodriguez
conveyed Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of
Cuba Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla’s greetings and handed his letter.
