Sh.Altanbagana becomes powerlifting world cup champion

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. Three-time world champion, IM Sh.Altanbagana became a champion and won "Absolute" Cup in -100 kg adult bench press category by lifting 207.5 kg at Powerlifting World Cup 2019 which took place on October 3-6 in Blagoveshchensk, Russia. 500 athletes from 16 countries have competed in the tournament.
By winning the World Cup, IM, Police Lieutenant Sh.Altanbagana qualified to participate in the 36th WPC World Championships 2019 to be held on November 6-10 in Lahti, Finland.
