Ts.Elbegdorj receives PM of Poland
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On July 15, the President of Mongolia, Ts.Elbegdorj received a courtesy call from Beata Szydlo, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland, taking part in the 11th ASEM Summit here.
Elbegdorj noted that the two countries celebrated the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations in 2015 and underlined that Mongolia attaches a high importance to its relations with Poland, a member of the European Union and third neighbor.
He highlighted the importance of implementing agreements reached during the first meeting of the Inter-Governmental Economic Commission organized in Ulaanbaatar in 2014 and starting preparations for the next meeting.
The President believes that the Polish side will re-open their Embassy in Ulaanbaatar in the near future for the Embassy plays an important role in developing the bilateral relations and enhancing cooperation in all fields.
